What we do…
-
Peer-to-Peer Carers Support Groups
Peer-to-Peer Carers Support Groups are safe and inclusive spaces where carers connect, share experiences, and offer mutual support. These groups are designed to alleviate the sense of isolation often experienced by carers, providing an environment where participants can discuss challenges, celebrate successes, and exchange practical advice.
-
Activities for the Whole Family
At Autism Community Network (ACN), we offer a variety of inclusive and engaging activities designed to bring families together in a supportive environment. These activities are tailored to meet the needs of families with individuals on the autism spectrum, providing opportunities for fun, connection, and shared experiences.
-
Autistic Adult Social Clubs
The Autism Community Network (ACN) proudly offers Autistic Adult Social Clubs, designed to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for adults on the autism spectrum to connect, socialize, and build meaningful relationships.
Samantha, Autistic Adult
“At ACN I can be me, I don’t have to worry about masking who I am. I’ve made friends since joining the adult social clubs and look forward to the nights immensely.”
Chris, Carer
“I am glad I came along to the support group yesterday. Thank you so much for your time, company, support, openness, your goodwill and for making me feel welcome. I don’t think I have ever felt so relaxed in a long time. I feel privileged to have met the group and look forward to seeing you all next month.”
